Syabas99 – Platform Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Syabas99 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. • Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

The Syabas99 registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name as per your official identification document, an active email address, a phone number registered in Malaysia, your date of birth, and identity verification through our integrated KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. Syabas99 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances held within them.

Syabas99 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency payment methods.

Regarding deposits: The minimum deposit limit is as stated on your account page. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment from the financial service provider. Syabas99 does not charge any fees for deposits made via local Malaysian payment methods.

Regarding withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from members who have completed KYC verification will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method. Syabas99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits as a standard security measure.

• Deposited funds must be used for wagering and may not be withdrawn directly without sufficient wagering activity.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the Syabas99 account holder.
• Syabas99 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that fraudulent activity or money laundering has taken place.

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount received.

Betting outcomes, whether a win or a loss, are the sole responsibility of the member. Syabas99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of their wagering activity on our platform.

Syabas99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Situations that may lead to account action include:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious financial or wagering activity indicative of fraud or money laundering.
